The Pairing Room at Pabu: Louis XIII x Pabu x Hachidori Sake
One night only. A limited-seat omakase experience celebrating the art of Japanese cuisine through the lens of champagne, sake, and Louis XIII. Designed as a rare convergence of craft and luxury, the evening culminates in a Louis XIII toast alongside the final course—an indulgent close to a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
